The roof mast model BASE PRO has a main tube Ø64 and Ø77 and is equipped with a tilt and turn unit NOVA 12V or 24V, a micro switch, a multifunctional remote control for all the mast’s functions (please see page 204), one electronic board and a built-in compressor. As optional also a wireless remote control or a SMART remote control can be supplied (please see page 205). The MecMast is the NEW Fireco mechanical telescopic mast driven by an electrical motor. The MecMast provides an excellent solution for specially designed antennas, cameras and other specific equipment used for Communications and Surveillance. The main features of the mast are sturdiness and extending precision, which enables consistent accuracy of the extended height. The exact position is controlled by an encoder and the desired height can be preset using a PC . The mast can also be provided with a remote control (optional) which allows to control the mast extension and retraction. It is also equipped with manual safety backup. Mecmast can withstand heavy top loads and it needs, in general no guying ropes, except for particular projects. MecMast has successfully obtained several certifications and it is thus compliant with several MIL STD standards.
